Using the RafikiDB AI Skills (for users)#

No setup needed. You only need an AI chat (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, opencode...) and 30 seconds. The skills teach any AI your exact RafikiDB API and SDK surface, so it writes correct code instead of guessing.

Step 1: pick your skill#

You are...Use skill
Calling the API directly (curl, Postman, any language)rest-api
Building a web app (JavaScript / TypeScript / React)sdk-js
Building a Flutter or Dart appsdk-dart
Building a PHP or Laravel appsdk-php
Building a Python appsdk-python
Building live/chat features, or fixing realtimerealtime

Step 2: copy the prompt#

Open the skill file, for example skills/sdk-js/SKILL.md, and copy everything below the top --- block. That copied block is the prompt.

Step 3: paste and ask#

Paste the prompt into your AI, then add your task right after it.

Example prompts you can paste#

[copy of the sdk-js skill]

Write me a login form in React that signs in a project user with
db.auth.login(...) and shows an error if it fails.
Text
[copy of the sdk-python skill]

How do I query rows where status = paid, ordered by created_at desc,
with a LEFT JOIN to customers? Show the code.
Text
[copy of the rest-api skill]

Give me a curl command to insert a row into my "orders" table and one
to list orders with status=paid, limit 10.

[copy of the sdk-dart skill]

I want to save the user session in Flutter so they stay logged in
after the app restarts. Show me the shared_preferences setup.

Tips#

  • Paste the skill once per conversation, then ask follow-up questions freely.
  • If the AI writes code that looks off, re-paste the skill and ask again.
  • The skills were verified against the real backend routes and SDK code, so method names, endpoints and payloads are exact.
  • In opencode the same skills load automatically; just describe your task.

That is it. Copy, paste, build.
